1. The service and your agreement
These Terms govern your use of PlayerHall, operated by Braza Holding in Brazil. By creating an account after affirmatively accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement with Braza Holding. If you do not agree, do not create an account. The Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling and is provided for your acknowledgment; it is not a waiver of your statutory privacy rights.
PlayerHall helps you record games, review experiences, connect available gaming history, and share a player profile or exported image. Features and provider coverage can change. No platform connection, complete historical record, or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. Contact Braza Holding through brazaholding.com for questions or legal notices concerning PlayerHall.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only gaming accounts you own or are authorized to connect. Do not impersonate someone, share stolen credentials, or misrepresent account ownership. Let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account confirmation and connection verification can be required. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to applicable law and our own security obligations. We may refuse, restrict, or investigate registration or access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law. The signup agreement is recorded with the document versions and a server time.
3. Acceptable use
Use the available Report action to report content or misuse. For an unavailable reporting route or an urgent legal issue, contact Braza Holding. Responsible security reports are welcome; this clause does not prohibit activity protected by mandatory law.
- Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate, private information about others without authority, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Do not use the service for fraud, cheating, impersonation, credential theft, spam, or unlawful collection of other users’ data.
- Do not bypass access controls, privacy settings, verification, or rate limits, or interfere with the service, connected platforms, or other users.
- Do not connect an account or submit a token without the relevant owner’s authority, or use an integration in a way prohibited by applicable law or binding provider terms.
- Do not upload malicious software or automate requests in a way that creates unreasonable load or defeats safeguards.
4. Your content and the rights you grant
You keep your rights in the original content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it and for the accuracy of your statements. Reviews are personal opinions, and manual game logs or approximate hours are self-reported.
You grant Braza Holding a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, format, and display your content only as needed to provide, maintain, and secure PlayerHall, including the sharing features and visibility choices you request. Service providers may exercise those rights for us for that purpose. This is not a blanket right to sell your content or use your identity in unrelated advertising.
The service license ends when the relevant content is removed or your account is deleted, except for limited backup rotation, legal retention, or processing of an already authorized export or disclosure. Copies other users independently saved are outside our control. Game artwork, names, achievements, platform marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their owners.
5. Third-party platforms and API services
Connections may use official endpoints, third-party achievement or trophy services, and unofficial libraries or proxies for Steam, RetroAchievements, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo. Availability, supported data, and methods depend on the provider and the current connection screen. Nintendo support may access Nintendo Switch Online or game-specific data; this does not imply a universal Nintendo achievement system.
You must comply with the terms that apply to your provider account. PlayerHall is not endorsed by the platform owners merely because it displays their data or marks. Providers can alter or discontinue an API, restrict access, change permissions, remove data, or impose limits. We may pause or discontinue an integration to respect provider rules, licensing, security, or law.
An integration can require an identifier or authorized credential. Do not submit a provider password or token to an unofficial form outside a clearly identified connection flow. We will describe relevant credential recipients before an enabled flow sends credentials to another operator. Accepting these Terms does not authorize every future integration or undisclosed disclosure.
We cannot guarantee provider data accuracy, every unlock, an artwork match, or that a third-party service is always available. These limits do not exclude our own non-excludable obligations or liability.
6. PlayerHall materials and availability
Braza Holding and its licensors retain rights in the PlayerHall software, branding, and original interface materials. You receive a limited right to use the service for its intended functions while complying with these Terms. Do not copy or redistribute protected materials without authorization, except where a license or mandatory law permits it. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
We may maintain, update, or retire features and impose reasonable usage limits. Where a significant change affects your use, we will provide notice when required by applicable law. Any future paid service must disclose its price and payment terms before you make a purchase; these Terms alone do not authorize a charge.
7. Moderation, suspension, and ending use
We may remove or limit content or suspend access for a material Terms violation, a security risk, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. We will apply proportionate measures and provide a reason and an opportunity to contact us where appropriate and lawful. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users or the service. You can ask Braza Holding to review a restriction.
You may stop using PlayerHall, disconnect providers, remove contributions, or delete your account through available controls. Account deletion is not the same as clearing browser storage. Necessary legal or security obligations may continue after termination, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service limitations and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of continuous operation, flawless import accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of information you consider essential. This clause does not exclude a warranty or remedy that the law requires.
To the extent legally permitted, Braza Holding is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from ordinary use, provider outages, or inaccurate third-party data. Where a monetary cap is lawful, aggregate liability for the service is limited to the greater of BRL 100 and the amount you paid Braza Holding for PlayerHall in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
No exclusion or cap applies to liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, fraud, intentional wrongdoing, applicable gross-negligence liability, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Brazilian consumer law and mandatory protections in your place of residence prevail over a conflicting clause. These Terms do not shield Braza Holding from its own unlawful processing.
9. Commercial misuse and third-party claims
If you use PlayerHall for a business and the applicable law permits it, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs directly caused by content you had no right to submit or your intentional unlawful misuse. This does not cover a claim caused by our own breach or misconduct, does not require a consumer to waive statutory protections, and does not give us unlimited authority to settle a claim at your expense. We will give appropriate notice and cooperate reasonably in handling a relevant claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
Brazilian law governs this agreement except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your competent local courts remain available. No clause requires private arbitration, waives a class or collective remedy that cannot be waived, or prevents a complaint to a data-protection authority.
You may contact Braza Holding through brazaholding.com to try to resolve an issue. Doing so is not a condition on exercising a statutory right, contacting a regulator, or obtaining urgent relief. Competent courts are determined by applicable law; these Terms do not invent an exclusive foreign venue.
11. Changes and other provisions
The effective date and version are shown on this page. We will notify you of material changes before they apply where required and seek a new affirmative agreement where necessary. Revised Terms do not retroactively change the evidence of your original acceptance or authorize unrelated personal-data uses. If you cannot accept a required change, you may stop using the affected service and use available export and deletion options.
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any explicitly accepted feature-specific terms describe the service agreement; they do not override applicable law, an open-source license, or the Privacy Policy’s data disclosures.
